Optim Contract Services was formed in 1984 to provide specialist cleaning and security operations working throughout the South of England. The Company has grown steadily during the 80's and 90's through a process of organic growth and through adhering to its culture of customer satisfaction.

Over this period we have built up a reputation for providing quality services, based around strong on-site management, effective communication and close area management support.

Our ISO 9001 : 2000 accredited quality system ensures standardisation in working practises and operating systems, which are frequently monitored by external auditers to ensure full compliance.

Being part of a labour led industry, we recognise the importance of staff development and have formed a close working relationship with Merton College and Skills for Security, who carry out our NVQ & SIA training requirements.

We have also developed strong links with the Immigration & Nationality Directorate, who keep us regularly updated on all relevant immigration matters, therefore ensuring all necessary employment checks and document assesments are carried out in accordance with their instructions.
