•  Optim will at all times act with courtesy, fairness and professional integrity.

•  The needs of the client will be the principal concern of Optim at all times.

•  Financial dealings with all our clients will be correct, on time and straight forward.

•  Optim will listen to the client’s requirements and seek to improve the service throughout the length of the contract.

•  Any client complaint not satisfactorily dealt with at site level will reach the Managing Director’s attention.

•  Following any complaint details of the corrective and preventive actions taken by the company will be forwarded to the client.
