The needs of the client will be the principal concern of Optim at all times.
Financial dealings with all our clients will be correct, on time and straight forward.
Optim will listen to the client’s requirements and seek to improve the service throughout the length of the contract.
Any client complaint not satisfactorily dealt with at site level will reach the Managing Director’s attention.
Following any complaint details of the corrective and preventive actions taken by the company will be forwarded to the client.
